• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
• Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• Core returns must be in original packaging and customer is responsible for related shipping costs.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the Parts Return Guidelines and the Packaging Eligibility Guidelines
• Return request need to be within 20 days of receipt.
• Any part under $25.00 or order under $25.00 is not returnable.
• Any ford vendor special order part is not returnable.

  Parts must be re-stockable and meet packaging eligibility guidelines. Product Eligibility Guidelines The following list includes conditions that could disqualify product return eligibility.  Bent 　  Dirty 　  Out of calibration 　  Broken 　  Burnt 　  Corroded 　  Disassembled 　  Pitted 　  Discolored 　  Punctured 　  Out of alignment 　  Rusted 　  Cracked 　  Hammered 　  Fused 　  Damaged by water or other fluids 　  Marked with handwritten part numbers 　  Scratched, dented or otherwise defaced or marred
• Packaging Eligibility Guidelines
  Packaging must be in new, unused and re-stockable condition. (NOTE: Most denied claims are due to packaging damage.) The following packaging conditions could disqualify return eligibility:  Box is bent, crushed, oily, torn, dirty, painted or wrinkled.  Package has non-original labels.  Hand-written notations are on the package.  Colored tape is on the package.  Packing slip envelopes are on decorative cartons or polybags.  Polybag has been opened.  Part number is covered or missing. (Part number must be officially issued/printed 'Ford' or 'Motorcraft.')

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
